Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. Shipments will not occur on weekends or holidays. Sometimes we may experience high volume of orders due to large sale promotions or around the holidays etc. Please know, should you expect any delays, you will be contacted directly from us. Please note, once the order has been dropped off with the post office, Modern Edge Boutique LLC is not responsible for the time it may take to get to you.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship all packages via USPS, therefore we CAN accept PO Boxes for shipping addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive your shipment confirmation via email within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order, unless you place a pre-order. Please refer to the above disclosure for more information regarding pre-orders.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Modern Edge Boutique LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Modern Edge Boutique LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photos if possible to assist with the claim.
